What is Counselling?
Counselling is based on listening. It is not about giving advice or offering quick and easy answers.
Counselling can help you understand yourself better, see the situation more clearly, enable you to take
responsibility for your own life and make your own decisions. Counselling is voluntary and confidential.
If, after exploring the site, you don't find what you need please contact us to speak to a counsellor in
confidence. If we are not the right agency for you we may be able to signpost another service for you.
