If you require help, Care in Crisis offers a free Counselling Service to everyone, regardless of gender,
faith, religion, ethnic origin or sexual orientation. You will have the opportunity to discuss your situation
in confidence at the Centre.
If you are...

worried that you might be pregnant

pregnant and unsure what to do

trying to cope with miscarriage/stillbirth

suffering following an abortion

coming to terms with a bereavement or loss

experiencing marriage/relationship difficulties

feeling anxious, stressed or suffering from depression

trying to cope following a traumatic experience

struggling with low self-esteem or feelings of despair

You will be treated with dignity and respect.

Opening Hours are from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
If you have a physical disability, we will arrange to meet with you at a suitable venue.
You have the right to refuse to be counselled by a counsellor who is known to you.
