are looking for support or advice urgently, there are a number of services you can approach:

  For people of all ages in crisis or despair.
  Deaf and hard of hearing Textphone users can call Lifeline on 18001 0808 808 8000.
  
• Samaritans - 08457 90 90 90 or email: jo@samaritans.org
  Providing confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are
  experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
  
• ChildLine - 0800 11 11
  Free and confidential helpline for children & young adults in the UK.
  
• Your own GP or the Accident and Emergency department at your local hospital.

It doesn't matter who you are - If you are in crisis, despairing or suicidal, contacting one of the
above agencies can make all the difference. You can speak in total confidence about anything that
is troubling you.
