We are here to offer help and assistance to anyone in an unplanned pregnancy situation. We will give
you space to talk through your situation at length with a trained counsellor. You will be given information
to enable you to make an informed decision that is right for you.

All too often a person in a crisis pregnancy situation will make a very rushed decision - just wanting
everything to be the way it was before the pregnancy, without thinking through the consequences of
how this may affect their future. Care in Crisis can offer you the time and space you need to talk and
reflect on your situation. You may come on your own or with your partner.

The counsellor will:

• offer you a free pregnancy test if you have not already had one
• be non-judgemental, respectful and understanding
• provide a safe place and a listening ear
• offer you the opportunity to fully consider all your options
• give you information on other resources available to you
